Does it deliver?
The room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast offering numerous choices. Staff were attentive.
The shuttle service from the airport is limited, making transportation a hassle during early morning departures.

The hotel offers fantastic luxury accommodation, and the breakfast spread was a standout. We enjoyed the amazing House of Dancing Water Show nearby, and the concierge's dining recommendations were spot on.
In my wife's opinion, check-in took too long. It would be great if they streamlined that process for families with kids.

The location was perfect and very convenience, right next to a performing arts theater. The area was really comfortable not far from MGM, Wynn Palace, Galaxy Resorts, Venetian, Studio City & Sands Cotai Central, and the ferry pier...

All was just perfect. Great room, great bed, great food, great everything.
The only bad thing happened was "late checkout" which was at 12 pm. According to the lady on the reception, normal checkout is at 11 am?. No good. We were at casino till 6am and wanted to sleep. When you loose €8000 at their casino, they are ok, but to give 3-4 hours more - not. In lv I got free stay for 3 days at Belagio when started playing.

The toned down decor differentiates from the other uniform grandeur hotels, and a minus at times but positively, the location is away from the noisy busy north side.
Leisure action still centralized in the north, so the neighborhood turns to ghost town when shops closes and ppl go away. This is fine but pls keep a steady supply of taxies as I made more than a few trips on the night.

The hotel is fairly clean with a modern design and informative staff. Marvellous and easy location for Macau, adjacent to Cotai Strip and shops. Also, right next to the newly opened monorail station. Quiet rooms with breakfast included, top-notch services.

great amenities but breakfast left something to be desired
The beautiful king room was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The fitness center was great with modern equipment, and the hot tubs offered a relaxing break after a long day. I enjoyed the pool area with a nice escape. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Wynn Palace and the Venetian.
The breakfast selection could use improvement, as it felt limited for a hotel of this caliber.
